About Our Company
WMI Feeders took over Carroll’s Manufacturing Industries in April 2009. The company is run by father and son pair, Wayne and Jason Willie. As a company, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality products that our customers are satisfied with.

Below, we explain a little about our company, about our people, and about us. Read on to find out more about our company.

About Our Company
As stated earlier, WMI came to be in April of 2009, when father and son, Wayne and Jason Willie took over Carroll’s Manufacturing Industries. Jason had previously completed his apprenticeship in engineering and fabrication with Carroll’s, and was heavily involved in the design and production of their Albybone and Pa-Mick bale feeders, along with other farm machinery.

We currently employ 13 staff members, including two apprentices, and our products are sold through a variety of leaders, in locations such as Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, Western Australia, and Tasmania.

At WMI, we listen to our customers, and utilise feedback from farmers in the design and production of new machines, catering to the needs of various farming operations.

Our Products
Since taking over Carroll’s in 2009, we have released two new machines into the market. These feeders are the smaller Elite round bale feeder (released in May 2010), and the Champion multiple bale feeder (released in February 2012). The two other feeders we manufacture and stock are the Pa-Mick and the Albybone. Here’s a quick list of the four feeders we manufacture and provide.

Albybone
The Albybone is a multi-bale feeder, capable of handling both round and square bales of hay. It features high ground clearance, a strong robust design, and a curved chamber for pad feeding. Each machine also has an independent tandem rock system, an extendable chamber to accommodate all bales, and can be used for carting in. Width: 2.5 metres, length: 8.1 metres, height: 2.25 metres, and weight: 2.1 tonnes. For more information on the Albybone, check out our page here!

Pa-Mick
The Pa-Mick is a hay and silage feeder, which can carry up to two bales at a time, one of each type (round or square), and in any order. It also features high ground clearance, a strong robust design, and a curved chamber for pad feeding. Each machine also has an independent tandem rock system, an extendable chamber to accommodate all bales, and can be used for carting in. Width: 2.5 metres, length: 4.9 metres, height: 1.95 metres, weight: 1.2 tonnes. For more information about the Pa-Mick, check out our page here!

Elite
The Elite is a round bale feeder capable of carrying up to two bales at a time. It feeds out hay and silage, and can handle large round bales. It has a strong, robust design, user-friendly maintenance, and a high ground clearance. It also has a versatile loading system with collapsible forks for safety, and rippers that travel over the top of the chassis to reduce component damage. For more information on the Elite, check out our page here!

Champion
This round bale feeder can carry up to six bales (for the 6-bale model), and feeds out hay and silage. Smaller machines can also be custom built if needed. The Champion has an independent tandem rocker system, plus a versatile loading system with collapsible forks for safety. Like all of our feeders, it also has a strong, robust design, plus user-friendly maintenance. We have two models of Champion. For the 6-bale model, the details are: width: 2.3 metres, length: 4.6 metres, height: 1.2 metres, and weight: 960 kilograms. For the 4-bale model, the details are: width: 2.3 metres, length: 6.9 metres long, height: 1.5 metres, with a weight between 1.8 and 1.9 tonnes.
